Abiental is an interactive application that requires access to specific resources on your smartphone to deliver its value proposition. We request the following permissions:

Camera and Photo Gallery

We use camera and gallery access strictly so you can capture or upload photos of plants, animals, fungi or diseases for analysis. These images are processed by our Artificial Intelligence algorithms for species identification. Images may be stored anonymously for continuous improvement of our AI.

Geolocation (GPS)

We collect your precise location (only with your explicit consent) to provide essential contextual data, such as: exact moon phases for your region, hyperlocalized local weather forecast and mapping of species found in your area.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your data based on legitimate legal grounds (such as Contract Performance, Consent and Legitimate Interest) for the following purposes:
